Also, they are getting rid of the Global PSC Fanclub and opening Heresy for overseas fans starting in November. I don’t have many details on that yet. But I advise you to join Heresy once they reopen it for overseas fans.

If you are a Japanese fan, I don’t know tbh. I think you have to mail something. The process is probably easier though.
